VSLM Series Ultrafine Vertical Roller Mill was produced by Dongguan Vsunny Machinery Co., Ltd. based on German and Taiwan ultrafine vertical mill technologies. Besides, high-quality wear-resistant parts are used to develop milling equipment which in a real sense marks the first secondary classifying technology in mainland China, having product fineness of 400~3000 mesh.

Introduction

VSLM series ultrafine vertical roller mill was produced by Dongguan Vsunny Machinery Co., Ltd. relying on over 10 years of experience in the production of ultrafine powder and based on German and Taiwanese technologies. The ultrafine vertical roller mill has the characteristics of lower energy consumption, higher output, lower noise, lower pollution and its own drying system. It has realized automatic PLC control, on-line fault diagnosis, remote monitoring,technical upgrading of classification and dust collection. The powder product produced by the vertical roller mill has better particle shape, higher fluidity, adjustable and controllable particle size. The percentage of fine powder below 2 micron can reach 10% to 60% (measured by Malvern Mastersizer 3000). And the fineness of product can reach 400 mesh ~ 3000 mesh. If customer consider to use Vsunny’s grinding agents which is specially designed for the different application fields, it will brings the higher added value of the finished product and shorter cost recovery period.
